Fishing Near Valemount

Kinbasket Lake: Kinbasket Lake is one of the largest reservoirs in British Columbia and is known for its abundant fish population, including rainbow trout, bull trout, and kokanee. The lake is perfect for fishing, with scenic views of the Rocky Mountains in the background.
Swift Creek: Swift Creek is a beautiful mountain stream that offers some of the best trout fishing in the region. The creek is well-stocked with rainbow and brook trout and is easily accessible from Valemount.
Moose Lake: Moose Lake is a small, peaceful lake located just a few miles outside of Valemount. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout and also has a population of kokanee salmon.
