Handle check-ins/check-outs, telephone calls and reservations, e-mail and fax correspondence, guest services (concierge), baggage handling, wake-up calls etc.
Strong verbal English communication skills with emphasis on problem-solving. The candidate must be a team player. Prior cash and credit card transactions and clerical experience is an asset. Basic computer skills are necessary, as the Front Desk operates on WebRezPro Reservation System. Candidate must be self-motivated within the office environment and able to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of a second language is an asset (German, Dutch, French, Korean, Chinese, Taiwanese and Japanese).
All candidates must be eligible to work in Canada to be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates who are able to stay longer.
Carry out basic guest services and housekeeping duties, which include bed making, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, laundry and general maintenance. Breakfast duties and assistance may also be required throughout shifts.
No experience necessary as employer is willing to train. The candidate should be a team player, self motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.

Greet guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere and friendly connection, learn the menu and provide recommendations, take food and drink orders, prioritize cleaning tasks, ensure each guest has everything they need to enjoy their meal, take payment, and work together as a team player with coworkers.
Experience in a hospitality or customer service setting (food & beverage is an advantage), proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and create a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Your main responsibility as a cook will be preparing and cooking delicious meals using various culinary techniques. You'll need to be able to work efficiently, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure food quality and consistency. Collaboration with other kitchen staff and timely communication with the management team will also be critical to maintain the high standards of our establishment.
Proven experience as cook, experience using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware, knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.), ability to follow all sanitation procedures, ability to work in a team, very good communication skills, high school diploma or equivalent; diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
