Mountain Biking & Bike Park

1. Experience CBT's Munday Grind, a 6-km-long, machine-made climbing trail that ascends with moderate grades, featuring some short and steep sections to challenge your skills. You can take the exit to the Bacon trailhead halfway through or keep pushing to reach the Tinfoil Hat staging area.
2. Inversion is a hand-built cross-country trail that suits novice to intermediate riders. Beginners may perceive it as a downhill ride, while intermediates may find it a cross-country adventure. This trail intersects the Provincial trail twice, providing riders with multiple options. It's a fantastic ride for anyone starting from the town site.
3. Mid DH Access or Exit is an easy pedal from town, offering access to the middle of the downhill trails, including Tinfoil Hat, Andreas' downhill, and Stump Town. It also works as an early exit from the downhill trails to reach Inversion.
4. Andreas' Downhill is a hand-crafted, old-school, fall-line-based downhill trail for advanced/expert riders. With a steep and rooty terrain, this trail is NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS. It runs parallel to the new Tinfoil Hat downhill, featuring several intersections that allow you to mix and match.
5. Tinfoil Hat is a new-school, intermediate-level downhill mountain bike trail that features table-top jumps and ride-arounds for any drops or harder lines. You can access the midpoint entrance from the town site, but it's best enjoyed by shuttle.
6. Swift Creek is a 10-km round trip ride on an old-school, hand-built cross-country trail that also allows hiking. You will use a bit of town road to return to the 5 Mile Road and ultimately reach the staging area.
7. Southern Traverse is a new-school, rolling cross-country trail accessible via the main Swift Creek entrance, 1 km up 5 Mile Road. This trail is 2.5 km long and requires the use of other trails to access and exit.
8. Bucket Head Connector is a short connector trail that enables downhill riders to enjoy some of the flow of the Southern Traverse while returning to the staging area.
9. Inorout is a trail used to enter or exit the Southern Traverse or Tech Zone. Eventually, it will allow access to higher elevations without using 5 Mile Road.
10. Tech Zone consists of a chain of 2.5 loops situated in a small area, providing technically challenging trails. You can access it via the Swift Creek and Lower Climbing trail, and it features numerous optional technical trail features, fast open turns, and bench-cut trail sections, creating an excellent environment for your legs to burn.
