A minimum of 25 guests is required for corporate Christmas bookings.

Where is the event space located?

Parties are hosted in the Eaglesview Conference Room at Best Western Plus Valemount Inn & Suites. This space features vaulted ceilings, flexible layouts, a stage, and panoramic 180° views of the Rocky Mountains.

Can the space be set up in different ways?

Yes! The Eaglesview Conference Room offers several layout options, including banquet-style, cocktail reception, or formal plated dinner service.

Is décor provided?

The room comes dressed with seasonal holiday décor to set a festive mood, but additional décor and theming can be arranged if desired.

Are overnight stays available for our team?

Absolutely. Many groups extend the celebration with an overnight stay at Best Western Plus Valemount Inn & Suites. Guests enjoy comfortable rooms, an indoor pool and waterslide, and a hot breakfast the next morning.

A Guest’s Holiday Experience

We checked in on the 24th with the dog and were greeted warmly and with enthusiasm. On Christmas morning when I woke up and went to get some coffee from the lounge I found a stocking outside my door with dog treats for the dog, candy canes, oranges and a few little gifts for us. It was fantastic. How quaint. The Christmas dinner was excellent. Turkey and stuffing with mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberries. Better than I make. I was blown away.
