• Cancellation Policy - 48 hrs. prior to check-in date (@5pm), cancellation penalty for less notice is a charge equivalent to 1 night stay
• No-show Policy - Charge equivalent to 1 night stay
• Smoking Policy - Choosing to smoke/vape in guest rooms is in violation of the provincial smoking bylaw, and there will be a charge of $200.00 per night.
• Check Out - 11:00 AM on scheduled date of departure.
  Notice to guest: The hotel cannot be responsible for valuables left in the room.
• Vehicle Parking - Strictly prohibited park with the rear end facing the building - the guest room air intakes run along the side of the building, and they bring exhaust fumes into the rooms, This is very dangerous as it can cause CO2 build-up in guest rooms which can have serious, and sometimes, fatal results.
